ELIGIBILITYSweepstakes is only open to all legal New York City tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) residents age 18 years and older.Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for New York AM Radio LLC, on behalf of WEPN-FM, Modells Sporting Goods, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Household members shall mean people who share the same residence at least (3) three months a year. People or household members of people who have won any other prizes from WEPN-FM within ninety (90) days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Any person who has won prizes of $600 or more within the last six (6) months from WEPN-FM is ineligible to enter or win.III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTERNO PURCHASE NECESSARY.Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00PM (EST) on September 8, 2016 and conclude at 6:59PM (EST) on October 7, 2016. Throughout the sweepstakes, listeners will have a chance to qualify by:???Tune in to Hahn & Humpty weekdays from 12:00PM (EST) to 3:00PM (EST) on 98.7FM between September 8 and October 7, 2016. Throughout the duration of the radio broadcast, listen for the Phrase that Pays announcement. Then tune in to The Michael Kay Show weekdays from 3:00PM (EST) to 7:00PM (EST) and listen for the cue to call. When you hear the cue to call, you must be the 1st caller at 1-800-919-3776 and you must be able to tell us the Phrase that Pays that was announced earlier within Hahn & Humpty in order to qualify. If the 1st caller answers incorrectly, the 2nd caller, and if necessary the 3rd, 4th and 5th callers will be given an opportunity to answer correctly until a correct answer is elicited. If the first 5 callers do not answer correctly, that qualifying spot will not be filled. One (1) qualifier per day will be chosen from September 8 through October 7, 2016 for up to a total of 22 qualifiers.Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
