Defensive stalwart Bobby Wagner was given the honors for the fourth time, and the third season in a row. Punter Michael Dickson was also named to the first team, earning it in his rookie season. Joining Wagner among the linebackers on the first team is Luke Kuechly, his future running mate on the team of the 2010s, and rookie phenom Darius Leonard. For Kuechly, the first team All-Pro selection is his fifth. Dickson beat out NFC West rival Johnny Hekker for the first team, with Hekker landing on the second team. Rounding out the Seahawks who were given All-Pro honors on Friday is left tackle Duane Brown, who was one of two tackles named to the second team (joined by the Saints’ Terron Armstead). Brown’s selection in 2018 was the third time he’s been named an All-Pro, after being named first team in 2012 and second team in 2011. With Jordan Simmons now on injured reserve and D.J. Fluker still battling a hamstring injury, the Seattle Seahawks were low on bodies along the interior of the offensive line. To help that problem, they brought back a familiar name, signing guard/center Marcus Henry to the practice squad. Henry, a UDFA in 2016, signed with the Seahawks in the middle of training camp in 2018, and spent the remainder of the preseason with the team.Following Henry’s release during roster cuts, he spent the first month of the season being signed to Kam Chancellor Color Rush Jersey , and released from, Seattle’s practice squad. Since his release in late September, he’s been out of the NFL. Henry joins Jordan Roos as interior players on the Seahawks’ practice squad. Should Fluker be unable to play in Week 16, presumably one of Henry or Roos would be called up to the 53 in order to backup Ethan Pocic. To make room for Henry on the practice squad, Seattle released Damore’ea Stringfellow. Similar to Henry, Stringfellow was with the Seahawks throughout camp before his release.
