Its crazy to think, but were rapidly approaching the halfway point of the fantasy football regular season (many ESPN Fantasy leagues have the playoffs commence in Week 13). I like to think of a fantasy roster as an ever-evolving project -- you dont have to make moves just for the sake of activity, but its always worth taking a look at the available players in your league for some minor tweaks or adjustments. So regardless of whether youre in need of a major infusion of talent or just looking to improve your roster incrementally, below is our Week 7 ESPN Fantasy waiver-wire add list.Note: All players on this list are available in over 50 percent of leagues. Week 7 byes: Dallas, CarolinaNotable injuries to monitor: Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, Washington TE Jordan Reed, Lions RB Theo Riddick, Raiders RB Latavius Murray, Buccaneers RB Doug MartinCameron Meredith, WR, Chicago Bears (32.2 percent). Meredith would be the first player Id pick up this week if I had the top waiver claim, as he has been supremely busy in the two games since Kevin White went down for the Bears; he has 20 catches for 243 yards and a touchdown in those games. Hes seeing a ton of work in the Chicago offense and that doesnt figure to fade anytime soon. Add him in all-sized leagues.James White, RB, New England Patriots (49.3 percent). The top running back add of the week is White, the pass-catching back who found the end zone twice for New England in Week 6. Tom Bradys return has coincided with the Patriots getting the backs heavily involved in the passing game. White can be a midrange RB2 in point per reception scoring. He should be added in all leagues.Jay Ajayi, RB, Miami Dolphins (42.4). Ajayi was on the waiver wire list for Week 6, but his ownership percentage actually dropped (insert confused face emoji here). The Dolphins backfield has been difficult to size up this season, but Ajayi was outstanding on Sunday, rattling off 204 rushing yards on 25 carries and a pair of scores. Head coach Adam Gase recently suggested the running back rotation would be streamlined. Ajayi has earned more work and should be owned in all leagues.Marcus Mariota, QB, Tennessee Titans (41.0 percent). Mariota has been red-hot over the past two weeks, totaling 30 and 27 fantasy points. Thats encouraging, especially when noting that he has had seven runs in each game (for 124 yards total). Mariota is such a unique talent and his upcoming three-game schedule is far from daunting (vs. Indianapolis, vs. Jacksonville, at San Diego). Hes a streamer for Ben Roethlisberger owners.Brian Hoyer, QB, Chicago Bears (20.6 percent). He has thrown for over 300 yards in four straight games and has not thrown an interception this season. While I dont love the short week and having to travel to Green Bay, hes another streaming QB option.Cole Beasley, WR, Dallas Cowboys (44.7 percent). Another weekly staple in this column, Beasley just continues to produce for Dallas. He collected two more touchdowns in Week 6. Yes, the Cowboys go on a bye in Week 7 and yes Dez Bryant is nearing a return, but Beasley has value in a PPR league with his average of 5? catches per game. His role wont evaporate once Dez is back.Hunter Henry, TE, San Diego Charges (49.3 percent). We saw something important from Henry in Week 6: his role with a fully healthy Antonio Gates. And that role was a steady one, as he played more snaps than Gates and found the end zone for the third straight game. As things stand, both players still have value. Henry is a borderline top-12 tight end for me right now and a smart fill-in for those in need of a player at the position.Ty Montgomery, WR, Green Bay Packers (.2 percent). The Packers offense -- both by the eye test and the box score -- is in a funk. The talent is there, but the output is not. All that being said, Montgomery was something of a revelation on Sunday, as he caught 10 passes for 98 yards and added three rushes for six yards. Those catches represent 40 percent of his career total. With injuries in the backfield, the Packers need to get creative to sustain the running game. Montgomery was an outlet in the short-range passing game and should be added as a stash in 12-team or larger PPR leagues.Kenny Britt, WR, Los Angeles Rams (13.1 percent).?Britt has had his fair share of flash moments during his career. Hes a former first-round pick with excellent size and good speed for his position. The Rams offense isnt particularly fantasy-friendly, but the numbers bear out that Britt needs to be on the radar: He has caught 75 percent of his 40 targets and is on pace for over 1,300 receiving yards this season. Hes an add in any size league, but not yet a starter in leagues smaller than 12 teams.Pierre Garcon, WR, Washington (26.0 percent). It remains to be seen whether or not tight end Jordan Reed will miss further time following another concussion, but it appears Garcon is a big part of how Washington will fill the void. He had 11 targets in Week 6 and snatched six catches. Garcons value is in a PPR league. If Reed sits again in Week 7, look for Garcon to stay heavily involved. Hes a PPR add in 14-team or larger leagues.Zach Zenner, RB, Detroit Lions (1.5 percent). Without Theo Riddick and Dwayne Washington, the Lions were down to Zenner and Justin Forsett in Week 6. Zenner dominated the running back workload, totaling 58 yards on 14 carries. Until Riddick and/or Washington return, expect Zenner to maintain a workload of double-digit rushes per week. That makes him a usable back in 16-team leagues.Anquan Boldin, WR, Detroit Lions (19.1 percent). Perhaps the bigger takeaway from Detroits win over Los Angeles was that the passing game is going to have carry the offense in many weeks, and thats good news for Boldin. Hes such a steady and reliable pass-catcher who has value in 14- or 16-team PPR leagues (or a smaller PPR league in which you start three receivers). He has 12 or more PPR points in three of six games this season.Robert Woods, WR, Buffalo Bills (22.0 percent). He has been mentioned in this space a bunch and the analysis remains the same: Hes the nominal No. 1 target in a low-volume passing game, but theres value in PPR scoring. Woods has 20 catches over his past four games and double-digit PPR scoring in three of those four. Hes a deeper-league add.Charles Clay, TE, Buffalo Bills (24.6 percent). Theres not a ton of depth at tight end -- again -- this season, but Clay has been another notable part of Buffalos passing attack. He has five catches in four of five games. If you are a Jordan Reed or Dwayne Allen owner looking for a possible Week 7 replacement, Clay is firmly on the radar.Torrey Smith, WR, San Francisco 49ers (42.0 percent). Smith had his best game of 2016 in the re-debut of Colin Kaepernick as the starting quarterback. He caught a 53-yard touchdown pass and had 76 total yards on three catches. Im not overly confident in his outlook, but he has enough skill and speed for me to add in deeper leagues.DeAndre Washington, RB, Oakland Raiders (46.9 percent). If Latavius Murray returns in Week 7, its hard to envision having much confidence starting Washington even in a deep league, but with Murray still banged up, Washington should be added in 14-team or larger leagues. He and Jalen Richard are splitting duties and -- candidly -- have about equivalent value.Jalen Richard, RB, Oakland Raiders (29.6 percent). To that end, Richard is also a name of note for deep leagues. If youre having to deliberate between the two, I give Richard the edge in PPR scoring. The same caveat applies here: If Murray returns, Richard is only a stash player.Terrance Williams, WR, Dallas Cowboys (18.2 percent). Ive got Williams this low on the list because of two factors working against him: Hes on a bye in Week 7, and Dez Bryant could return in Week 8 (that seems increasingly likely). Once he does return, Williams role is likely to diminish in this offense. For now, hes insurance for Dez owners or a deeper league add.Kamar Aiken, WR, Baltimore Ravens (7.3 percent). Well see if Steve Smith misses any more time for the Ravens. If he does, Aiken is a usable flex play in large (14- to 16-team) PPR leagues. Clearacne Adidas NMD 2018 .
