An eight-game slate is on tap in the NBA for Monday, and were here to help you win in daily fantasy contests.Below youll find players that our experts are building their teams around tonight, as well as some players who will be highly owned but should be faded. Our panel today consists of Renee Miller, Joe Kaiser and Kyle Soppe.Building blockRenee Miller: Blake Griffin, PF, Los Angeles ClippersWhile Chris Paul worries me in easy-matchup, blowout situations, Griffin is quite the opposite. He thrives in these fast-paced, high-scoring games, and should take full advantage of Brooklyns number two ranking in fantasy points allowed to opposing PFs. If youre aiming to create a more balanced lineup than Anthony Davis allows tonight, consider Griffin a solid choice to build around.Joe Kaiser: Joel Embiid, C, Philadelphia 76ersEmbiids price is slowly risking in DFS, but not as fast as it should be. Embiid has scored at least 22 points in two of the last three games, pulled down at least six rebounds in all but one game, and blocked four shots in two of the last four contests. Point is, hes doing it all on the court from one game to another, and that is always great as far as accumulating points in DFS is concerned. Tonight he faces a Rockets team that ranks 27th in the league in defensive efficiency, and also ranks in the bottom half of the league when it comes to allowing DFS points to opposing centers. Im all over Embiid on Monday, and you should be as well.Kyle Soppe: Evan Fournier, SG, Orlando MagicThe Magic-Pacers game is going to be a fun one for fantasy purposes, and Im seeking as much exposure as possible. These are two of the three least efficient defenses through the first couple weeks of the season, and with the Pacers operating at an above-average pace of play, I expect Orlando to pick up their tempo from their typically slow style. In Fournier, you get a player that has been on the court for more than 35 minutes in four of seven games this month, giving him a volume bump over most. He has knocked down multiple trifectas in three straight (and in seven of his past eight games) in addition to totaling at least seven rebounds-plus-assists in half of his games this season. Look for him to put 20 points on the board for a career-best third straight game, and do so in a very efficient manner.FadeRenee Miller: Andre Drummond, C, Detroit PistonsRostering big men against the Oklahoma City Thunder just isnt something I do. The Thunder are among the stingiest in terms of fantasy points allowed -- something that goes back to last season -- and even the elite, like Hassan Whiteside, struggle against them (23 fantasy points last week). Drummonds recent stretch of five consecutive double-doubles could very well end badly tonight, and with so many other guys to pay up for, Drummond is the man out for me.Joe Kaiser: Victor Oladipo, SG, Oklahoma City ThunderToo much of Oladipos DFS value is wrapped up on scoring, thanks to big declines in his assists and steals this season, and that makes him a huge risk on a night when the Thunder head to Detroit to face the leagues fifth-ranked defense. On top of that, the Pistons rank 22nd in the league in pace, which will limit the amount of possessions and opportunity for Oladipo. The Indiana product has been a big fantasy disappointment so far this season, and Im looking elsewhere at shooting guard tonight.Kyle Soppe: Hassan Whiteside, C, Miami HeatIt is easy to look at the nearly 18 points and 15 rebounds that Whiteside is producing per game this season and fall in love, but that production has inflated his price far too much to justify paying up tonight. While Whiteside is great -- and I am on board for season-long leagues -- he faces off against the sixth-most efficient defense this season, a team that has been nothing short of elite in limiting interior fantasy production. Whiteside struggled mightily against a strong front court in the Oklahoma City Thunder (five points and 12 rebounds in 31 minutes of action) and I expect a similar lack of return on investment tonight, with foul trouble being a very real concern. Wholesale Air Jordan 4 Canada . -- Josh Sterk scored once and set up two more as the Oshawa Generals edged the visiting Belleville Bulls 3-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action. Air Jordan 4 Cheap Canada . Louis. To which I would say two things: 1. Where there is smoke, there is or perhaps has been a little fire. Or, in other words, the two teams would appear to have at least spoken. And spoken is defined as one calling the other to inquire, no more, no less. http://www.airjordan4canada.com/ . The All-Pro lineman got the leg bent under him while trying to make a tackle during the first half of a 22-20 overtime loss at Miami on Thursday night. The medical staff initially thought hed torn the ligament, and the test a day later in Cincinnati confirmed it. Air Jordan 4 Canada Free Shipping .Y. -- Paul Byron and Matt Stajan scored as the Calgary Flames started a five-game road trip with a 2-1 overtime win over the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday afternoon. Air Jordan 4 Canada . Calgary scored on the first shift, and Michael Cammalleri scored twice as the Flames cruised to a 5-2 win over the Washington Capitals on Saturday. NEW YORK -- Eric Young Jr. gave the New York Mets lineup a needed jolt from the leadoff spot when he came over from Colorado in June. For the first time since arriving, he provided a bit of power at the perfect time. Young hit a game-ending, two-run homer with two outs in the 11th inning, and the Mets snapped the Kansas City Royals nine-game winning streak 4-2 on Friday night. It was Youngs second homer of the season and the first game-ending hit of his major league career. After going 5-24 on New Yorks 3-5 trip that ended Thursday, Young got his second hit of the night when he slammed a 3-1 pitch from Luis Mendoza (2-6) over the right-field fence to score Omar Quintanilla, who had walked. "I was just looking for a line drive. Thankful it got up," Young said. "Came at a great time. We definitely needed the pick-me-up." Young, who hadnt homered since May 14, now has seven in five major league seasons. It gave the Mets something to smile about after a day full of injuries that nearly cost them this game and might leave them without injured All-Star David Wright for a while. Wright staked the Mets to a 2-0 lead with a first-inning homer, but New Yorks beat-up bullpen couldnt protect it as Kansas City scored single runs in the eighth and ninth innings to tie it. The Royals, whose surge matched the teams fifth-longest winning streak, were trying for their first 10-game run since they won 14 straight in 1994. "It never feels good after you lose a game, but yeah, it was a nice streak," Royals manager Ned Yost said. "Now lets see if we can start another one." Yost was forced to use Mendoza in the 11th because he was his last available reliever. Tim Collins was away from the team to visit his gravely ill grandfather, Yost said. Luke Hochevar couldnt go after throwing two innings Thursday. Carlos Torres (2-2), New Yorks scheduled starter for Saturday, worked two innings for the win in the 4 hour, 7 minute marathon. The Mets entered the night with a pair of big injuries to their bullpen and ended it without Wright, who was forced out in the 10th inning when he strained his right hamstring while beating out an infield hit. He will have an MRI on Saturday. Mike Baxter is expected to join the club then. "Its going to be tough for us," Young said. "He brings so much to our lineup. Thats why he is our captain." Wright provided all of New Yorks offence -- until Youngs heroics -- with his early shot off starter Wade Davis. But New Yorks bullpen that was without closer Bobby Parnell (stiff neck) and setup man Josh Edgin (rib stress fracture) couldnt save it for Dillon Gee, who worked innto the eighth inning.dddddddddddd Salvador Perezs fielders choice got Kansas City within 2-1 in the eighth, and Lorenzo Cains sacrifice fly in the ninth tied it. David Aardsma wasted the save chance while filling in for Parnell, expected to be sidelined until at least Sunday. Pedro Feliciano, who joined the team just before the game after Edgin went on the disabled list, got the last out in the ninth inning in his first major league appearance since 2010. Gee was in line to be the star after allowing one run on just three singles and two walks. He struck out four in his ninth quality start in 12 outings. Kansas City had earned road sweeps at the Chicago White Sox and Minnesota before making its first visit to Citi Field. "Weve came back a lot this year," outfielder Alex Gordon said. "When they got that early 2-0 lead, we knew that the game was far from over. The pitching staff did a great job after the first inning just to keep it there and let us get a chance. "Unfortunately it wasnt enough." Juan Lagares singled in the first before Wright launched his 16th homer. It was his 220th with the Mets, tying him with Mike Piazza for second place on the franchise list. Ike Davis went 3 for 3 after being dropped to seventh in the batting order by manager Terry Collins, who shook things up after the Mets were shut out on Thursday for the first time since May 25. Davis was lifted for a pinch-runner after he led off the ninth with a double. Gee bounced back from a rough outing at Washington last Saturday when he allowed a career-worst three homer in a 4-1 loss. Gee had an easy trip through the Royals lineup the first time through, allowing only a leadoff walk to Johnson in the third. Johnson was sacrificed to second, but he was stranded there when Alex Gordon struck out. Perez singled with one out in the fourth for Kansas Citys first hit. Wade Davis was gone after throwing 104 pitches in five innings. He gave up eight hits and struck out five with no walks. It was the second straight decent outing for Davis, who worked into the eighth inning of Kansas Citys 1-0 win at the Chicago White Sox last Saturday. In four previous starts, Davis was 0-4 with a 10.91 ERA. NOTES: This is the third series between the teams. They split six previous games. ... Wrights homer was the Mets first in 64 innings, dating to last Friday. ... Wade Davis made one previous appearance against the Mets, last season in relief with Tampa Bay. ... Edgin is expected to miss 4 to 6 weeks. ... Former Mets left-hander Bruce Chen starts Saturdays matinee for Kansas City.
